I have suggested this before just because I have had great success with the method I used. What I did first was get an at home teeth whitening kit. There are many free trial offers available on the internet that give great results. After I got my teeth to the shade I wanted (no brighter than the whites of your eyes or it will look strange) I then went and bought a whitening toothpaste to maintain the whiteness. I never had success with the paste alone either but as a maintainer it was great.
